At George Harris Collaborative Inc. we believe that successful irrigation design comes down to hydraulics – in this case, the study of water as it moves through pipes to feed a system of distribution to plants. We combine our expert knowledge of hydraulics and plant material to deliver solutions that are effective and efficient for our clients. We focus all of our effort on creating a water source that provides appropriate flow and pressure for your distribution needs. Our technique includes a mainline piped distribution system that is connected to individual valves, with pipes sized so the water flow velocity is at acceptable limits to reduce wear and lengthen service life. Appropriate sprinkler heads or drip emitters are selected to provide an even distribution of water in an amounts that fine tuned to meet time limitations.
