•Through a Standing Offer Agreement with the Qikiqtani Inuit Association, GH Collaborate developed a Design and Management Plan for the Iqaluit Beach Inuit Owned Land. The final version of the strategic plan will set out a pathway and options developing the land-use plan with Inuit engagement. Through this work, GH Collaborate deepened its understanding of Inuit land uses and general land-use concerns in Iqaluit, territorial and municipal protocols and obligations that are critical for effective land-use and recreational planning in Iqaluit, and the importance of exploring a range of engagement options for land- use planning.
